The Halogen downlight on the left caught fire at a job I attended a few weeks ago. They’re one of the leading causes of house fires in Australia due to the heat they produce.

 

I will upgrade them to the new multi colour energy efficient Led downlights with 5 year parts and labour warranty from $50 each.
